This is regarding fraud perpetuated by QuantsApp company pvt ltd (www.QuantsApp.com) through its Elite membership program. This company is formed by Shubam Agrawal, Bhavin Desai and Tina Gadioa.
I'm a customer of QuantsApp elite advisory program(Proof - Invoice attached), I had taken their 3-month subscription of this product. Their marketing people(Arnold Philips & Madhura) called me and introduced me to this product after I installed their application - QuantsApp via Google playstore. This application is basically BAIT which is used to LURE customers into the elite advisory program. In this advisory services they offer learning and earning scheme, in which - learning part they pitched that option call which are taken will be explained viz. Their strategy.
In earning scheme they were SUPPOSED to provide positional calls(Option Spreads - PUT/CALL) which would earn profit as the calls are given by their advisory team which consist of Shubham Agrawal, Bhavin Desai. These are nothing but volume based action calls which you can get cheap from market.
I ended up with this subscription and you guys wouldn't believe I'm in loss. I had called them regarding refund first since they failed in their obligation to deliver and create customer value which they definitely promised to provide before subscribing, But they denied refunding the amount as it is against their terms and conditions. They also denied recovery of the amount using the continuation of the subscription of elite advisory.
I had spoken to few members of same elite advisory, I got to know them through social media there is no way you can connect with other members. They also raised same complaint as mine and believe me or not one person who paid 1,60,000Rs who joined mid of year - 2019 hasn't made a dime since inception. He told me that, QuantsApp team told him that they will renew their subscription if he is not able to recover 1,60,000rs. Basically they are feeding hope into the customer and when the time comes they will outrightly deny everything and anything.
Mr.Arnold Philips their Head Advisor is the biggest fraudster who will promise everything and get to any level to make you subscribe to the elite advisory program but in the end when subscription is expiring and you start to question them they will point fingers at customers and will deny their mistake & everything at outset whatever they have promised. Fortunately I had recorded everything from the start and I had proof of conversations that happened between company and me. I will update the answer will links to recordings placed on youtube.
The modus operandi of the fraud is :-
1. They will call you regarding the elite membership product as soon as you install their application via Playstore (QuantsApp). Basically application is their bait to lure customers into the elite membership program.
2. They will assure you certain sensible percentage of returns like atleast 10%. ( 1 Lakh over 10 Lakh Investment).
3. They wouldn't provide you Invoice until you tell them umpteen times to send it.
4. They wouldn't respond to queries over mail the reason being they don't want to leave trace but will call you after a week or so thinking that customer has forgotten the matter and we will fool the customer.
3. Once you enroll they will start giving worthless calls (Basically Intraday calls) which will put in either in loss or profit. There is no magic in their advisory which they claim to have.
4. In learning part there is 1 hour video who gives commentary about what has happened in market, what will happen and what to look or expect for. He will show some cool put-call ratio chart, IV Chart, Open Interest Chart, Sector analysis chart....etc and will analyze and comment on it.
5. If you are thinking they are going to share their strategies of creating option call. You are wrong no such strategy exist and basically they are giving option call based on action of volume.
This is just another side income through fraud for Cons like Shubham Agrawal, Bhavin Desai and his associates.
